The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean rooms, daily housekeeping, and a comfortable bed. The staff were attentive and accommodating, offering free pick-up and drop-off to the temple. The location was convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby.

The hotel’s location was very central and close to the main bazaar area. This allowed us to easily explore the local markets and try out different food options. The hotel’s staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. We also appreciated the daily bottled water provided in the room and the comfortable beds.
During our stay, we were disappointed that the telephone in our room wasn't working, which made it difficult to communicate with hotel staff. we found that some of the linens were not as clean as they could have been.

During my Christmas stay, I was delighted with the warm welcome I received. The staff was always willing to help, and they greeted me with a smile every time. Also, the hotel offered an excellent pick-up service from the nearest station, which was very convenient. Another advantage was the complimentary breakfast that was delicious and had a variety of options.
The hotel lacked proper maintenance and cleanliness. The room I stayed in looked worn down and needed some renovation. Moreover, the location of the hotel was not favourable as it was located in a narrow lane, making it challenging to navigate with luggage. Also, the absence of sufficient parking space was a significant issue.

This centrally located hotel provides comfortable rooms and bathrooms, and friendly staff. It's close to the main market area, and conveniently close to the important places Ujjain has to offer. Guests can enjoy a free breakfast of poha and sandwich and even get a free pick-up service from the railway station. Staff also provide a free drop to the Mahakal temple.
The noise from false-ceiling can be bothersome in some rooms.

We loved the hotel's proximity to the temple, which made it easy for us to visit. The staff was extremely cordial and provided us with prompt transportation, which was helpful. We enjoyed the hotel facilities and transportation, and found the rooms to be spacious and clean.
